FRONTAL BOUNDARY

Founded by Brendin Ross in 2002, Frontal Boundary is an Industrial/EBM project built on aggressive electronics, dark synth-driven atmospheres, melodic hooks, and raw emotional intensity. Blending elements of Aggrotech and synth-pop with a distinctly personal edge, the project has developed a sound that is both confrontational and deeply expressive.

Following a hiatus, Ross revived Frontal Boundary in 2008, releasing early tracks including “Never Ending” and “Mindfuck.” The project broke further into the Industrial/EBM community with its 2012 debut album, Electronic Warfare, earning recognition from artists such as Die Sektor and coverage from Coma Music Magazine and Brutal Resonance.

Frontal Boundary expanded its presence through live performances, re-releases, and tours alongside acts including God Module and Die Sektor. In 2019, vocalist Krz Souls joined the project, contributing to a new creative era that culminated in the 2021 album The Fall.

The project continued its evolution in 2023 with a signing to Re Entertainment and the addition of synth player Jaysen Craves. A run of singles led to the 2024 album Shutting Down, followed in 2025 by the collaboration “Hollow” with Unter Null and Shutting Down Remixed.

In July 2025, Frontal Boundary signed with Alfa Matrix, launching the next chapter with “Hate,” the first single from the forthcoming album Failure. The September 2025 single “Alone” expanded the release with a cover of Garbage’s “Milk” and remixes from industrial/electronic acts including Assemblage 23 and Reaper.

With more than two decades of evolution behind it, Frontal Boundary continues to push the boundaries of Industrial/EBM—combining relentless electronic energy with melody, atmosphere, and genuine emotional expression.
